Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Urban Air Jackson, a popular indoor adventure park in Jackson, is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the operations of the Urban Air Café and mentor the team members in delivering exceptional service. The role involves working closely in the kitchen and service area, ensuring efficient food preparation and service while maintaining a friendly and supportive environment for guests and staff.
Requirements: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred; minimum of two (2) years’ previous F&B experience (quick service and/or restaurant experience); 1-3 years’ management experience in the hospitality field preferred; must have a current ServSafe or similar Food Handling Certification, or be willing to attain within the first 30 days of employment
