Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: As a Kitchen Manager at Chick-fil-A West Towne in Madison, you will work closely with the Kitchen Director to run and own all aspects of the kitchen. You will be challenged and empowered to lead the kitchen throughout the day, learning how to run a highly efficient and fun kitchen staff. Alongside that, you will manage inventory, work every position at the store, and contribute to growing a $9 million business through expertise and relationships. Hourly rate starting at $17/hour.
Requirements: Must be 18 or older; Full-time preferred (Part-time also available); Ability to multitask at a fast, efficient, and complete pace; Solid, reliable, and team-oriented work ethic; Excellent communication skills and teamwork; Service-oriented with a positive attitude; Manage all aspects of the kitchen including taste of food, food safety, speed, and food cost; Previous leadership experience preferred
