Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Paulette’s fine dining restaurant, a beloved Memphis institution for 46 years, is seeking a Restaurant Manager, Kitchen Manager, Line Cooks, Dishwashers, Servers, Bartenders, and Hosts to join their team and uphold their excellent service standards. Flexible hours are available, and experience is preferred.
Requirements: Reports to General Manager and completes assigned duties; Ensures restaurant is optimally staffed and employees are fully trained; Demonstrates positive cooperative attitude with staff; Has complete knowledge of policies and procedures; Ensures all menu items are made according to recipes; Adheres to operational standards and procedures; Creates and revises menus regularly; Oversees food orders and maintains par levels; Completes daily and monthly inventory; Ensures kitchen sanitation and compliance with regulations; Meets regularly with managers and staff; Background Check Required
