About: Torchy’s Tacos, a renowned Tex-Mex restaurant chain originating in Austin, Texas in 2006, is seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the Back of the House (BOH) operations. Torchy’s mission is to be damn good and serve the best tacos with a passion for scratch-made food and attention to detail.
Requirements: Management experience in restaurants; 3+ years of kitchen management experience; state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification required; high-level understanding of training and development concepts; ability to foster teamwork; leadership skills; oral and written communication skills; excellent with time management; bilingual a plus
