About: Rodizio Grill Brazilian Steakhouse located in Bricktown, Oklahoma City is seeking to hire a Kitchen Manager to oversee daily operations in the Heart of the House.
Requirements: Bi-lingual (Spanish and English speaking); Full-time availability; 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or Lead; Reliable transportation; Hands-on experience with planning menus and ordering ingredients; Knowledge of a wide range of recipes; Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations; Excellent organizational skills; Conflict management abilities; Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment; Ability to bend, stoop, and regularly lift (30lb – 50lb).
