The Kitchen Manager oversees the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation are maintained. This positions works closely with our culinary team to develop and implement a diverse menu that meets the dietary needs and preferences of our residents. Leadership is crucial in creating a positive and efficient work environment while upholding our community’s values and standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in kitchen management or culinary leadership role; strong leadership and communication skills; knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations; ability to plan menus according to dietary needs; budget management experience
