About: Prime Pizza is seeking a dedicated and skilled Kitchen Manager to oversee the culinary operations at their establishment. The Kitchen Manager will lead the back of house team to ensure top-notch quality and guest experience in alignment with brand standards and guidelines, managing the full menu offerings at Prime Pizza.
Requirements: College degree in business or related field or at least 3 years of Kitchen Management; Experience in training, developing, and leading teams of 15-20 employees; Ordering, receiving, and controlling inventory experience preferred; Strong communication and team player skills; High level of accountability; Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a POS system
