About: Prime Pizza is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee daily culinary operations at their establishment. The Kitchen Manager will lead the back of house team in delivering exceptional food quality and guest satisfaction in line with brand standards and guidelines, ensuring a top-notch dining experience for all patrons.
Requirements: College degree in business or related field or at least 3 years of Kitchen Management experience; Experience in training, developing, and leading teams of 15-20 employees; Ordering, receiving, and controlling inventory experience preferred; Strong communication and team player skills; High level of accountability; Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a POS system
