About: As a Kitchen Manager at our establishment, you will oversee the procedural and personnel responsibilities of the kitchen, including hiring and firing kitchen staff, optimizing food prep procedures, managing inventory, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. The ideal candidate will possess culinary expertise, strong management skills, and a conscientious attitude to provide customers with an exceptional dining experience.
Requirements: A positive leader with excellent communication skills; knowledgeable of all kitchen operations; supervise food prep and cooking; supervise, coach, and motivate kitchen employees; maintain high-performance standards; train employees and manage schedules; keep weekly and monthly cost reports; maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen; work in deployment with the staff some days while running the operation other days.
