Requirements: Proven experience in a kitchen management role or as an Assistant Manager in a restaurant setting; Strong knowledge of budgeting practices and inventory control methods; Familiarity with coffee preparation and service is a plus; Background in hospitality management or catering is preferred; Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively; Understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential
