Position: Kitchen Manager Hallandale
About: Flanigan’s Restaurant is seeking Kitchen Managers who are passionate about leading the BOH team through the challenges of kitchen operations, including ordering, receiving, prep, service, cleaning, and closing. The role may involve working up to 30 miles from the restaurant location.
Requirements: Must have current food management certification; possess and demonstrate an ownership mentality; flexibility for scheduling with the ability to work a 5-day week totaling 50-55 hours, including 2 consecutive days off between Monday and Thursday; adept at ordering and formulating pars; understand, comply, and facilitate Florida State health code standards; ability to stand and move about for up to 4 hours at a moderate pace; able to lift up to 50 lbs; proficiency at all kitchen stations including expo
