Position: Kitchen Manager Fort Lauderdale
About: Flanigan’s, a restaurant chain, is seeking Kitchen Managers who will oversee the back-of-house operations, managing tasks from ordering to service while upholding high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. The role may require working up to 30 miles from the restaurant location.
Requirements: Must have current food management certification; Must possess and demonstrate an ownership mentality; Must have flexibility for scheduling; Must be willing to transfer to a different geographical location; Able to work a 5-day work week totaling 50-55 hours, with 2 days off falling between Monday and Thursday; Vacations scheduled between April and November only; Must be adept at ordering and formulating pars; Must understand, comply, and facilitate Florida State health code standards; Must issue written evaluations for performances; Must be physically capable and have the coordination to operate kitchen equipment proficiently; Must adhere to kitchen policies for dress and grooming; Must be proficient at all kitchen stations including expo
