Position: Kitchen Manager – Fairfield
About: Sally’s Apizza, a renowned New Haven Style Apizza restaurant established in 1938 and expanding nationwide, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Kitchen Manager to oversee daily operations and uphold the brand’s excellence. The Kitchen Manager will work closely with the General Manager to maintain quality, consistency, and hygiene standards, while fostering a productive kitchen environment. Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; minimum 2-3 years experience in a leadership role in a full-service restaurant kitchen; ServeSafe Certified; ability to work on feet for up to 10 hours, lift at least 50 lbs, and travel within the region; strong knowledge of food safety systems, food preparation, and kitchen operations; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Brink POS (preferred); full-time availability with day, evening, and weekend shifts
