Position: Kitchen Manager/Chef
About: Petit and Keet is looking for a dedicated and experienced Back-of-House (BOH) Manager to oversee all BOH operations at their establishment in Little Rock. The BOH Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations and ensure the kitchen maintains high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency in alignment with company policies and regulations. This role involves managing kitchen staff, overseeing food preparation, monitoring inventory levels, and upholding food and beverage quality standards set by Petit and Keet.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; extensive experience in BOH operations and management; strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and industry best practices; excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to maintain accurate inventory records and implement cost-control measures
