Position: Kitchen Manager – $1500 Hiring Bonus – Lakewood/Tacoma

Requirements: Previous culinary experience with knowledge of Vietnamese and Korean cuisine is a plus; familiarity with POS systems; ability to lead and correct team members; understanding of food and beverage cost controls and basic math calculations; high school diploma or equivalent recommended; at least 21 years of age; three (3) years of experience as a lead cook or kitchen manager in a similar style casino restaurant; proficiency in Word and Excel; strong physical endurance for standing and walking throughout shifts; possession of WA State Health Food Handlers Card, MAST Alcohol server Training, and ServSafe certification.
