Position: Kitchen Management
About: The Food Service Kitchen Manager position is responsible for maintaining guest satisfaction, food standards, ordering and inventory levels, and staff training and development within a food service setting.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; High School Diploma or equivalent; Prior Deli or Food Service Management experience required; Ability to self-motivate and problem-solve; Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for long periods of time; Basic math and computer skills required; Certified Food Safety Manager certification required; Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; Flexible to work various hours/shifts, including weekends and holidays; Ability to work collaboratively and accept supervisory coaching
