Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 1 year experience as a Sous Chef in a similar size operation; experience in Food and Beverage Management; excellent knowledge of computer accounting programs and budgetary analysis capabilities; ability to lead and manage a team effectively; bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)
