Requirements: 2+ years fine dining culinary experience; Previous experience training and mentoring staff; Exceptional attention to detail and passionate about food and wine; Culinary Degree recommended; Serv-Safe Certified; Demonstrated strong ability to work well under pressure; Ability to establish direction, obtain commitment and execute appropriate logistical processes; Comfortable dealing with guests and purveyors on a daily basis; Must thrive in a fast-paced working environment; Have a calm and approachable demeanor; Superb time management and organizational skills
