Position: Junior Sous Chef
About: Pink Adobe Restaurant, a renowned establishment located in downtown Santa Fe, known as “The City Different”, is seeking a Full-Time Junior Sous Chef to join its food and beverage service operations. The restaurant, set in the historic Barrio de Analco, offers a traditional adobe and stone exterior, providing a unique dining experience with New Mexico cuisine.
Requirements: Previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a manager position or lead Line cook; Knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards; Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team; Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; A passion for cooking and commitment to delivering high-quality food
