Position: Jr. Sous Chef at Bourbon Steak DC

Requirements: 2-3 years of prior culinary experience at a fast-paced restaurant or banquet kitchen; proficiency in Microsoft programs and English (speaking, reading, writing); excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, and evening/overnights; knowledge of Birchstreet purchasing system is a plus; ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous; keen eye for detail and organizational skills
