Position: Jr Sous Chef
About: Working as a Jr Sous Chef at Cairns Café in the Mountain America Center located at 9800 S Monroe St, Sandy, UT 84070. The Jr Sous Chef will report to the Executive Chef in a dynamic culinary environment that focuses on daily menu changes and delivering exceptional guest service representing the Mountain America Credit Union brand professionally.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 years experiences in restaurants, hotels, and/or related food service operations; heavily preferred 1+ years fine dining or country club experience or similar caliber operation; preferred catering experience; AOS Culinary or 5 years’ experience in a related field; observable zest for food, beverage, and guest service
