Position: Jr Sous Chef

This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the highest standards of food quality and service excellence at the hotel.
Requirements: Education: Apprenticeship or culinary school graduate; at least one year of experience in a full-service culinary position preferred. Valid Driver’s License required. Must be able to stand, walk, run, lift/pull/push up to 50 pounds. Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team player with strong interpersonal communication skills.
