Position: HR Business Partner
About: Sinai Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their team. The role involves providing exceptional service to internal and external customers within the HR Department, supporting client groups across clinical, allied health, and non-clinical departments at Sinai and Grace Medical Center. The Senior HRBP will work with approximately 800 FTEs across various client groups to provide guidance on Recruitment, Benefits, HR policies, Employee Relations, and Compensation.
Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. Bachelor’s degree and 6 + years professional HR experience; will consider 10 + years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, preferably including Union experience. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines; 5-7 years of experience. SHRM certification preferred.
