Position: Houseparents – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents. Flex Houseparents provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, guiding and supporting them in their daily lives within on-campus student homes.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity as role models for students
