Position: Houseparents – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents. Flex Houseparents guide and nurture a group of 8-12 students in on-campus housing, providing a family-like structure and essential support in driving, medication administration, budgeting, and more.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
