Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is currently looking for married couples to serve as full-time flex houseparents. This unique role involves providing care and guidance to groups of students in a family-like environment on campus, ensuring their well-being and fostering a supportive atmosphere for their education and personal growth.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; display a high degree of integrity as a role model for students
