Requirements: 3+ years of Hotel General Manager experience in lifestyle, extended stay, or select-service properties; possess branded and non-branded experience is a plus; previous experience with Marriott, Hilton, and IHG desired; current/prior experience with Fosse, OnQ, and Opera systems; superior communication skills; demonstrated passion for hospitality and service; attention to detail and highly organized; self-motivated and results-driven; creative problem-solver and multi-tasker; 100% travel role with assignments to any Colwen Hotel within the portfolio for short and long-term periods
