Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a boutique or luxury hotel setting; strong knowledge of Boston, New England, and key market segments; established relationships with travel agents and corporate travel planners; excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; tech-savvy with efficient client data management abilities; self-motivated, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks effectively; positive attitude, team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment; ability to travel for business development and industry events.
