Position: Hotel Operations Manager
About: River Link Hotels, located in Secaucus, is seeking a Hotel Operations Manager to join their team at the Best Western Plus Secaucus. The property has recently undergone renovations to provide a modern and welcoming environment for guests.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Operations Manager or Front Office Supervisor in a similar type and size hotel preferred; 2 years additional management experience (of which 1 year is in hotels); strong knowledge of implementing and reviewing SOPs; local market experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
