Requirements: At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Warm and friendly demeanor; Effective verbal and written communication skills; Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively; Attentive, courteous, and service-oriented approach towards employees and guests; Regular attendance and compliance with hotel standards and regulations; Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex information; Ability to maintain confidentiality; Ability to perform light physical work and lift up to 20 pounds; Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned by management
