Position: Hotel Manager job
About: Teshara Investments is currently looking for an experienced and positive Hotel Manager to lead and manage daily operations. The Hotel Manager will provide strategic direction for the company, supervise the diverse workforce, and ensure both excellent customer experiences and positive team interactions.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Hotel Manager preferred; familiarity with hospitality industry standards; proficiency in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus; well-versed in hotel management best practices and relevant laws/guidelines; ability to resolve customer issues with a customer-focused approach; outgoing personality; excellent communication skills; strong organizational and time-management skills; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
