Position: Hotel Manager job
About: Sitting on a quiet tree-lined street in Soho, The Manner is a boutique hotel with 90 rooms and suites featuring four distinct F&B concepts led by an acclaimed chef. The hotel offers a unique hospitality experience, blending discreet, refined, and generous services that feel more like staying at the home of a dear friend than at a traditional hotel. The establishment includes street-side seafood restaurant and a second-floor cocktail bar open to the public, as well as exclusive spaces reserved for guests and friends of guests like The Apartment and The Rooftop. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of rooms management experience, preferably in the luxury-boutique/lifestyle hotel sector; Expertise in high-volume and multi-department operations; Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills; Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; Strong communication skills, English/Spanish bilingual fluency preferred
