Position: Hotel Manager job
About: Teshara Investments is currently looking for a positive, friendly, and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of their facilities. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction for the company, supervise the diverse workforce, and ensure positive customer experiences as well as positive team/employee experiences.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Hotel Manager is preferred; familiarity with hospitality industry standards; proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus; well-versed in hotel management best practices and relevant laws/guidelines; ability to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation; outgoing personality; excellent communication skills; strong organizational and time-management skills; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred
