Position: Hotel Manager job

Requirements: Minimum ten years’ hotel experience with at least five years’ experience at the Executive Level and experience in a minimum of three divisions of hotel operations; Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience; Prior heavy exposure to union property; Knowledge of overall hotel operations, general business systems, and relevant hotel programs (OPERA, ADP, Micros, Birchstreet, HotSOS); Knowledge of governmental regulations, laws and safety standards (OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, NFPA); Must be able to exert physical effort in transporting 25 pounds, endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, reach up and down, remain stationary at times throughout work periods, and satisfactorily communicate with guests and co-workers to their understanding; Strong command of both spoken and written English with fluency in other languages preferred; Excellent interpersonal relationship with a positive demeanor and ability to work cohesively as part of a team
