Position: Hotel Manager – IC New York Barclay
About: The InterContinental New York Barclay is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead a new era of luxury and lifestyle in Manhattan. Since 1926, the hotel has been offering a luxurious residential-style experience to guests, combining sophistication, contemporary design, and warm hospitality. With over 700 guest rooms, unique suites, and extensive meeting space, The Barclay continues to evolve with spectacular renovations and sustainability initiatives, maintaining its reputation as Manhattan’s preeminent luxury hotel.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent; 4-6 years of general management experience in a high-level operations role; fluent in English; ability to lift items up to 25 pounds; strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to travel for workshops or conferences
