Position: Hotel Housekeeping Manager- Ewing, NJ
About: The Courtyard by Marriott and SpringHill Suites in Ewing, NJ is looking for an Area Housekeeping Manager. Housekeeping Managers for High Hotels, LLC are responsible for the efficient operations of all phases of the housekeeping, laundry, and public space areas of the hotel. This Full-Time opportunity will be based out of the Courtyard by Marriott in Ewing, NJ. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required. Areas of Responsibility for our Housekeeping Managers include establishing and enforcing procedures for the personal safety of guests and coworkers, maintaining cleanliness standards, setting up Marriott Reward/Hilton Honors rooms, hiring and scheduling housekeeping staff, conducting trainings and orientations, managing inventory, and participating in management programs. Our next Housekeeping Manager should have a high school diploma or GED, a college degree in hotel/restaurant management is preferred, a minimum of 3 years of hotel operations experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency in computer systems like Microsoft Office, Front Office PMS, and ServicePro.
