Position: Hotel General Manager job
About: Marvin Love and Associates, a company based in Colorado, is seeking a General Manager for a lodge. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a strong operational skill set and a dedication to providing exceptional hospitality services at the lodge.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a hospitality setting, preferably in lodge or resort management; Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a diverse team; Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; Proven experience in financial management and budgeting; Deep knowledge of hospitality trends and customer service excellence; Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
