Position: Hotel Front Desk Manager
About: Fairfield Inn by Marriott Downtown SLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to lead their exceptional team in managing the reception area, supervising front office staff, enforcing hotel policies, and ensuring exemplary guest services. The ideal candidate will have a background in the hospitality industry, a strong commitment to customer service, and a positive attitude towards their work.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; at least 1 year of hospitality experience; over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position; superb communication, management, and multitasking skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong bookkeeping skills
