About: Hotel Topeka at City Center is currently seeking a dedicated Hotel Front Desk Manager to oversee operations and ensure exceptional customer service for all guests, aiming to create a loyal clientele base. As the face of the hotel, you will lead the front desk team in maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and interaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent certification (GED); over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position; proficiency in bookkeeping with Microsoft Word and Excel; minimum 1 year of hospitality experience; excellent communication, management, and multitasking skills
