Position: Hotel Executive Chef
About: A luxury hotel is in search of an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead its culinary team, ensuring high-quality dining experiences for guests. Requirements: Culinary degree required; 3-5 years progressive experience in a quality high-volume operation; strong communication and organizational skills; in-depth knowledge of various cuisines, stations, cooking styles, and equipment; ability to manage P&L costs and ensure Health and Safety standards compliance
