Position: Head Pastry Chef
About: Zuma, a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection with venues in Miami, New York, Las Vegas, and Boston, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Head Pastry Chef to lead their pastry team in delivering exceptional desserts and baked goods.
Requirements: 3+ years Head Pastry Chef experience or Executive Pastry Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality establishment; Culinary degree or equivalent certification with a specialization in pastry arts; Must hold a valid health and safety certification; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
