Position: Head of Client Communications
About: Vanguard, a leading investment management company, is seeking a leader with experience in corporate and client communications to oversee the development and execution of external communications targeting their 9 million Personal Investor clients. The role involves leading a team of Client Communication Consultants to recommend effective communication strategies, deliver campaigns, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while enhancing the client experience through clear and consistent communications.
Requirements: Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required; Graduate degree preferred. Minimum of five years related work experience, with two years in consulting and delivering external communications preferred. Supervisory experience is also preferred.
