Requirements: Proven experience as Lead Cook with 4+ years in the industry; ServSafe certification preferred; exceptional ability in kitchen management; skill in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress; strong communication and leadership skills; current knowledge of culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes; understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures; accuracy and speed in task execution; familiar with industry best practices; ability to work 8+ hours on feet daily; comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment; excellent verbal communication and organizational skills; capable of lifting 40 pounds regularly.
