About: Martorano’s Prime Steakhouse inside Rivers Casino is seeking a Head Chef to lead kitchen operations and ensure exceptional food quality, safety, and sanitation standards while fostering a positive team environment.
Requirements: Minimum of three years of experience in food preparation of a fine dining restaurant in a kitchen leadership role; Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures; must obtain ServSafe certification within 120 days of employment; Previous customer service experience preferred; Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest and staff concerns diplomatically; Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; Must be responsive to visual and auditory cues in a fast-paced environment
