Currently seeking a full-time Head Chef to lead culinary operations in the Member Dining Department, ensuring the highest quality service for members and guests.
Requirements: 2-4 years of management experience; Experience with ordering products; Experience with inventory; Proficient in cost analysis and P&L; Must be Serv Safe Certified; Must be experienced in compliance with state health department and EcoSure regulations; Creative flair and menu development experience; Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience; Proficiency in leading and inspiring teams; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to deliver on members’ first values
