Requirements: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; at least 1 year of baking and/or pastry experience; prior lead or head baker experience is a bonus; strong to advanced knowledge of baking and/or pastry techniques and equipment; ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
