Position: Hand-roll Chef (Wakiita)
About: Parkwest Bicycle Casino is looking for a Hand-roll Chef (Wakiita) Sushi Hand-roll Chef who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. The Hand-roll Chef will prepare fresh, made-to-order hand rolls in a fast-paced, interactive dining environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; Culinary arts education and training (preferred). Two-three years previous experience in a similar field of cuisine. Possess a thorough understanding of sushi techniques, including rice preparation, fish slicing, and working with seaweed (nori), is essential. Combination of education and experience also acceptable.
