About: A restaurant in need of a skilled and innovative Chef to take complete responsibility for every plate served and lead the menu direction, ensuring creative and quality food align with profit goals. The Chef will oversee the hiring, supervision, and coaching of kitchen staff to maintain consistency, technique, and skills.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant setting; Ability to innovate and create new dishes while maintaining profitability; Strong leadership, organizational, and coaching skills
