Position: Guest Services Supervisor – Club Wyndham Desert Blue Resort

Requirements: Valid driver’s license; Demonstrated ability to work under pressure; Basic leadership skills with ability to coach, mentor, and train staff; Excellent verbal and written communication as well as excellent hospitality service skills; Working knowledge of various computer software programs, including property management systems; Comprehension and literacy for analyzing reports; 1 year of supervisory or management level experience; 1 year of hotel, timeshare or hospitality service experience
