About: The position available is for a Guest Services Representative at a hotel. The Guest Services Representative (GSR) is responsible for ensuring the best possible experience for guests by assisting them, answering inquiries, checking guests in and out, and maintaining safety and security protocols. The role involves handling front office paperwork, processing reservations and payments, as well as promoting the hotel’s services to guests.
Requirements: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; one to three months related experience and/or training preferred; ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in using property management system technology; strong problem-solving skills; good judgment and ability to handle guest-related issues
